Shipping policy

Buying direct is easy! Here's how it works:

📲 🎧 Ebooks and Audiobooks: All Ebooks and Audiobooks are delivered via the industry standard digital delivery service, BookFunnel.

Immediately after your purchase, you'll receive an email from BookFunnel with download links and easy to follow instructions for loading your new books onto any phone, tablet, ereader or reading app - including Kindle, Kobo, Nook and others.

Or, if you prefer, you can read and listen on BookFunnel's native apps.

Please note that the download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don't see it within three minutes of your purchase, check your spam folder, or (if using Gmail) your Promotions Folder. 

The download process is usually smooth, but any issues or problems can be submitted to the good folks at BookFunnel support. They are excellent! I'm also here to help. Just shoot me an email at louise@louisemayberry.com.

📕Author Signed Paperbacks: Signed books will be shipped from Wisconsin, USA, using the delivery method you choose at checkout. Unless the product is backordered (which will be noted in the description), all books will be shipped within 1 business day. 

📗 Paperbacks (Unsigned): Unsigned paperbacks are printed and distributed by BookVault. Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by country and shipping method - look for estimated shipping times listed along with your shipping method choices at checkout.
