Because eBooks are downloaded after purchase, it is not possible to return them. However, if you are unhappy with your eBook for any reason, you may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact Louise via email (louise@louisemayberry.com) if you feel you are entitled to a refund. 

Physical Products
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return any physical product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please email Louise at louise@louisemayberry.com to arrange you return.
